Production steel coil
It is the equipment that applies zinc plating by dipping a sheet of cold-rolled steel into a molten zinc pot so as to be coated with zinc deposits.
1) Quality standard of galvanized steel coil: ASTM A 653, JIS G3002, EN10142, GB/T251B,
2) Grade of galvanized steel coil: CS, SGCC (DX51D+Z), SGCD (DX52D+Z)
3) Base steel: Cold rolled steel coil, SPCC or Q195, etc;
4) Surface finish of galvanized steel coil: Regular spangle, Min spangle
5) Thickness of galvanized steel coil: 0.18-3.0mm
6) Width of galvanized steel coil: 400-1, 250mm
7) Zinc coating weight: 60-200G/M2 (both sides)
8) Coil weight of galvanized steel coil: Upon customer's requirements, 4-5 tons generally.
9)weight of container: We use 20 container, can load 25 tons max;
10) coil and sheet are available;
11) MOQ: 25 tons each size;
12)packing:
Inner packing of: Anti-rust paper, steel sheet
Outer packing: Corner protected, protective paper, protective galvanized steel sheet
13) Applications of galvanized steel coil: Widely used for roofs, outer walls, ovens, explosive-proof steel, electrically controlled cabinets, and industrial freezers in the residential and industrial buildings.
