Lightweight benefit: the weight of the 2.5mm thick plate is 6.75kg/m², which is only 1/5 of the stone curtain wall, reducing the load of the building structure by 30%.
2. Fluorocarbon spraying: the time antagonist
Coating system:
Primer: Epoxy resin (adhesion ≥5B, ASTM D3359);
Topcoat: 70% PVDF resin (QUV 4000 hours ΔE<2, AAMA 2605); Options: self-cleaning nano-coating (contact angle > 110°), antimicrobial additives (kill rate >99.9%).
Weather Resistance:
Salt spray ≥ 5000 hours (ISO 9227 non-corrosive);
