Lacquered aluminium roll, also known as colour-coated aluminium roll or colour-coated aluminium roll, is a product in which the surface of the aluminium roll is sprayed with colour. Its main feature is a uniform coating on the surface, which not only has an aesthetic appearance, but also provides additional protection and enhances the corrosion resistance and durability of the aluminium coil.
Coated aluminium coils have a wide range of applications in construction, decoration and home furnishing. In ceiling systems, coated aluminium coils are usually used as the substrate for ceiling panels, and their coating process and thickness are directly related to the quality and service life of the ceiling system.
The production process of coated aluminium coil usually includes the following steps:
Input of raw material coils: Uncoiler continuously opens the coils to ensure continuous and stable input of strip coils into the production line. Some use cross rotating beam type coil loader, some use double front and back alternating uncoiler.
Surface cleaning and chemical treatment: the upper and lower surfaces of aluminium coils are cleaned to remove impurities such as oil, oxides, etc. Then chemical pre-treatment is carried out, such as chemogenic treatment, so that a layer of densely structured oxide film is formed on the surface of aluminium coils to enhance the adhesion of the coating to the aluminium coils.
Painting: In a closed dust-free environment, the aluminium coil is painted using a roller coating machine. A production line usually has at least two roll coaters for primer and top coat.
Curing of the paint layer: The painted aluminium coils are baked at high temperature in a curing oven, so that the paint molecules form stable links and cure. The cured coating has good solvent resistance, hardness, flexibility and weather resistance.
Finished product output: After completion of curing, the coated aluminium coil undergoes subsequent processing such as cooling and cutting, and finally becomes a finished aluminium coil that can be used for products such as suspended ceiling systems.
Overall, coated aluminium coil, as the base material of suspended ceiling system, has a strict production process and reliable quality, which can meet the requirements of different suspended ceiling systems in terms of aesthetics, durability and environmental protection.
