Prepainted Color Coated Aluminium Trim Coil is a decorative material that is pre-coated with a high-performance coating on the surface of an aluminum substrate through a continuous roller coating process, and is designed for the exterior walls, roofs and details of industrial and commercial buildings.
Material: 3003/3105 aluminum alloy, containing manganese (Mn) element, enhance corrosion resistance and formability.
Coating process:
PVDF coating (polyvinylidene fluoride): excellent weather resistance (30 years color retention), resistance to ultraviolet rays, acid rain, salt spray.
PE coating (polyester): economical option, bright colors, suitable for non-extreme climate areas.
Specifications: thickness 0.4-1.2mm, width 100-1500mm, slitting size can be customized.
International certifications: ASTM B209 (American standard), EN 1396 (European standard), AAMA 2605 (high-performance coating standard), in line with LEED green building certification requirements.
