Production process
The production process of aluminium alloy wrinkle-coated coil mainly includes steps such as substrate preparation, pretreatment, coating and curing. First of all, select high-quality aluminium alloy sheet as the substrate, after cutting, cleaning and other pre-treatment processes to ensure that the substrate surface is clean and free of oil and dirt. Then, advanced coating technology is used to apply a uniform wrinkle coating on the surface of the substrate.
