Electrochemical Properties:

The specific volume is ≥0.75 μF/cm² (620 V enabling voltage), and the leakage current is ≤ 0.5 μA/cm²

Oxide film density ≥1.8g/dm², bending resistance ≥5 times (bending radius 0.5mm)

Corrosion resistance: Corrosion loss of <0.5mg/dm² by LiPF6 electrolyte immersion test (60°C/1000h).
