Application

The application of lacquered aluminium foil in trailer body is introduced as follows:

Varnished aluminium foil, as a kind of specially treated aluminium foil material, has been widely used in the field of trailer body with its unique properties and advantages.

First of all, lacquered aluminium foil has excellent anti-corrosion properties. Trailers are often operated under various environmental conditions, especially in humid, salty or heavily polluted areas, where the corrosion problem of the body is particularly prominent. The coating of lacquered aluminium foil is effective against acids, alkalis, salts and other chemicals, thus significantly extending the service life of the trailer body.

Secondly, the lacquered aluminium foil has excellent thermal insulation properties. During the operation of a trailer, the internal temperature of the body may rise due to the heat from the engine and the cargo, affecting the preservation of the cargo and the efficiency of transport. The lacquered aluminium foil can effectively block the transfer of heat and maintain a stable temperature inside the vehicle body, providing a good transport environment for the cargo.

In addition, the lacquered aluminium foil also has moisture-proof performance. Its coating can effectively prevent the intrusion of moisture and microorganisms, so as to keep the interior of the trailer body dry and clean, which is particularly important for the transport of food, medicine and other goods that need to maintain a dry environment.
